- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I called in today to speak with a manager because I received confidential mail yesterday that was addressed to two different neighbors. This is seriously concerning that I hold confidential mail addressed to two different neighbors on my street. Makes me wonder if my confidential mail is being delivered to my neighbors. I'm sure my neighbors don't want me knowing their health results or insurance policy information. The lady on the phone gave me a lame excuse about how we had a sub delivery person yesterday who didn't sort the mail...like somehow this was normal and my problem. Her manager wouldn't even take the call. My advice to anyone with delivery issues...keep calling let it ring...I let it ring for 10 minutes but they finally picked up. It's sad that the person who picked up instantly knew I was calling about delivery issuesBy Nikki T, September 06, 2017
